Refund policy

Refunds:

All sales at Rangers Authentics are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Eligible items may be exchanged in-store within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Exchanges:

Rangers Authentics accepts in-store exchanges only for eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection. Rangers Authentics reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

A valid receipt is required for all exchanges. Customers must visit Rangers Authentics in person with their original receipt and the item they wish to exchange.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

This policy does not affect any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exceptions:

• No refunds or exchanges for jersey customizations.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
